SEO Manager / Executive
You will have 3 years + experience of all aspects of Search Engine Optimisation from detailed website audits to search console and indexation issues.
Working closely with Chris, our SEO Director on campaign strategy and management of activity. This activity includes all Technical and On-Page SEO elements, Content Marketing and Outreach including Link Building and Online PR/Press Release Creation.
Developing Clients Technical SEO + On-page Strategies
Keyword Research for client campaigns.
Content Audit / Creation / Strategy
Developing your knowledge of search engine optimisation techniques and implementing them for our clients.
Working closely with our clients either by phone or using Zoom / Skype / Microsoft Teams / Face to face
Conducting regular client updates using project management tools like Trello.
Running a range of reports from SEM Rush ref: Website Traffic Data, Keyword Positions, Conversion Data, Technical Website Audits, Backlink Reports, Competitor Analysis etc.
Developing your knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics and various CMS solutions – WordPress / Magento / Shopify etc.
You will make recommendations for on-page and off-page SEO improvements.
You must be passionate about technology and problem-solving
You will need to have a background understanding of how SEO works including the core principles.
SEO Campaign Development: Technical / On-page / Content Marketing / Link Building
Desire to Learn
The ability to identify and resolve technical seo issues
Site Audit experience (Sitebulb / SEMRush)
Link Outreach experience
The ability to prioritise and action site audit tasks
Solid Experience of using Search Console for indexation/coverage/technical SEO issues including site structural issues/navigation, redirects, canonicals, keyword cannibalisation.
Strong Analysis Knowledge and Experience
Backlink Monitoring and Competitor Analysis
The ability to look at sites, pick them apart and analyse why they are not performing on Google SERPs and what is required to make sure that they do.
Unravelling any issues that are having the greatest impact on the SERPs – Structural / Content / Backlinks.
Experience of HTML/CSS/Web Development
Google Looker Studio
SEM Rush / AHrefs / Moz
Reporting and Creating Own Reports
On-page and off-page SEO tactics
Trello Project Management / similar
Experience of leading a team
Experience of leading on client project calls

Business Development Manager
Stack Digital are looking to add another Business Development Manager to their growing team.
We are looking for an Experienced SEO / Digital Marketing Salesperson who has previous success in selling search engine optimisation and paid search solutions, and who can:
– Prospect by Telephone, Email and LinkedIn
– Carry out engaging discovery calls
– Write engaging proposals
– Manage their Pipeline effectively (Pipedrive)
– Close deals
– Carry out the Full Sales Cycle

You will be prospecting and discovering new E-commerce, B2B, and Travel clients who have a need for our help.

This is a full sales cycle business development / new business hunter role.
You will prospect by way of telephone, email, linkedin, attending expos, and more.
You will also be responsible for discovery, qualifying, meetings/pitches, proposals, and close.
Identify and contact prospects by phone who may be interested in our SEO / Digital Marketing Solutions:
Qualify / Disqualify
CRM Management – Pipedrive/Hubspot
You will respond to provided sales leads and referred prospects in a timely manner
Meet with prospects to present our SEO and PPC services (Teams / Face to Face)
Building a qualified sales pipeline
Using LinkedIn Regularly and Following-up with prospects
Identification of cross selling opportunities within current customers, e.g. an SEO client may be interested in running a Google / Bing Ads campaign
Work closely with the SEO and PPC service delivery teams
