SEO Director:

As part of our ambitious growth plans we are looking for a talented SEO Director / Head of SEO to further accelerate our growth @ Stack Digital. With a customer-focused approach, data and insights lies at the centre of everything that we do and the client campaign decisions that we make.

Working with best of breed tools at your disposal, you will head up all aspects of our clients search engine optimisation campaigns covering the Discovery, Research, Insights, delivery and stakeholder management when it comes to Technical SEO, Content Marketing and Link Acquisition.

Confident when leading a team, you will be creative, super well organised and great with clients, preferably with experience in sectors like iGaming and Retail/E-commerce.

You will take ownership of SEO delivery for all of our customers, establishing their strategic roadmap and delivery schedule, then ensuring that all aspects of our clients campaigns are being delivered with excellence.

What We’re Looking for in an SEO Director:

This is a senior role so we are looking for someone who can make a huge impact both on delivery and as part of our growth model.

Our great clients are our lifeblood, so you will need at least 5 years experience at a senior level within an SEO delivery environment.

You will have a proven track record of delivery; able to bring data-driven insights and ideas to the table, and implement campaigns that delivery results in terms of our clients traffic, positions and conversions. Analytical.

You will have the ability to drive a data focus in all decisions for both your teams and the wider business. Your deep personal expertise in data analysis will allow you to uncover, detail, visualise and solve some of the fundamental challenges regarding enterprise level SEO in a logical manner.

You will have experienced huge growth in your previous SEO roles, ideally where you’d led a team or a business.

You will be continually able to find, prioritise and pivot to opportunities for expansion and performance improvement as part of a clear strategy for SEO growth.

We value raw intelligence, and would choose the ability to learn quickly over decades of experience.

You will be expected to not only be great with the details, but be able to take a strategic approach to any SEO campaign, working closely with the client.

A true Leader, open minded, engaging and mission driven. You will be able to integrate different functional groups to form a consensus for core aims and delivery expectations.

Experienced with large-scale technical SEO. You have experience working with large (multi-million page) websites, delivering technical, content and link strategy. You’re also very creative and are constantly coming up with new, imaginative solutions to solve problems and deliver growth.

Paid search Director:

Looking for your next career move?

Stack are currently recruiting for a Paid Search Director to head-up all of our clients Google Adwords and Bing Ads campaigns.

As a PPC Director, you will have had a strong experience in a previous PPC-heavy role, in particular with Google Ads, with good exposure to clients, and the ability to mentor and drive a team. Ideally, you will also have had exposure to other digital channels e.g. paid social or display advertising.

We are a fast-growing agency, specialising in iGaming, Retail and B2B, predominantly within the UK, with some international customers also.

About The Role:

  • Account management of key clients; regular contact with senior team members from the clients’ side, and ensuring contact is maintained between client and internal team.
  • Working with senior team for new business pitches.
  • Collaborating with other channel teams (e.g. paid social, display, affiliate).
  • Managing and training a team with paid search.
  • Getting involved with the recruitment process for the team.

What we’re looking for in a ppc director:

  • Strong experience within paid search within an agency (Preferably 5 years+)
  • Experience with 3rd party bid management tools like Opteo
  • Experience with managing workflow of direct reports
  • Experience within another digital channel is ideal
  • Strong communication (client-facing) skills
